The README is the short version of all of this. PRIVACY.md is the privacy policy, and SECURITY.md says how to report a vulnerability.
Getting started is also available in 简体中文, 繁體中文, 日本語, 한국어, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português (Brasil) and العربية. The other pages are in English. The README is also available in all ten languages: see the language links at its top.
